Refund policy
All of our items are one of a kind vintage/antique and are represented commiserate with age.
We do not usually accept returns or exchanges, however please contact us by email at hi@curatedfindsnyc.com.within 3 days of delivery if you are not happy with your order.
If items are accepted for return buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Returns should be made via an insured, tracked and signed for service and we should receive confirmation that the item has been sent via a tracking reference and a photograph of the parcel with its labels attached within 7 days. Unfortunately we cant provide a refund for any items that are sent back to us uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.
Any items that have been customized or sized to a customer's requirements are not eligible for return. This includes items customized or sized on the customers behalf before shipping.
